Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I want to introduce my wife Anne and myself to you and explain why we feel it is important for us to be the Honorary Chairmen for ENCORE 2008.
We lost a family member and a dear friend in the last few years to kidney failure. We are serving to honor both of them and with your support perhaps help others who have no resources to fight their disease.
Would you consider what you might be able to do to help our cause?
The Morton Civic Chorus, under the direction of Denise Adams, will present their spring benefit concert, ENCORE 2008 for the Central Illinois Memorial Kidney Fund (CIMKF) at Bradley’s Hartmann Center Theatre. We invite you to come and enjoy another great show on May 20-24 at 7:30 p.m. and May 25 at 2:00 p.m.
Every dollar raised for CIMKF goes directly to help patients in Central Illinois deal with the unexpected and often insurmountable costs associated with Chronic Kidney Disease.
